WARRANTY POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Equipment manufactured by UTB is covered by a 5-year structural warranty including parts and labor from the date of purchase. All other equipment, not manufactured by United Truck Bodies but installed by United Truck Bodies is covered under that specific manufacturer's warranty.

The workmanship of all equipment installed by United Truck Bodies will carry a one year warranty. Electrical wiring workmanship will be covered for a period of one year. Electrical components will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

UTB will not warranty any equipment or workmanship in cases where neglect or miss-use is evident.

No outside repairs should be performed without pre-authorized notification. A written description of repairs and quote will be faxed to UTB. Digital photos, if possible, will speed up the process. After receipt, the quote to repair or replace will be reviewed. If the quote is acceptable it will be signed and returned for approval to proceed. Any under warranty repair parts will be covered at UTB’s cost of replacement.
