Utility Bodies
United Truck Bodies' utility bodies are crafted and manufactured in Arizona using locally sourced components. Every component is meticulously engineered and manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. These bodies come equipped with rubberized undercoating, 3-point locking t-handles, adjustable shelves, automotive grade weather-stripping, and LED lighting.
Our utility bodies are constructed with high-quality materials and components to ensure enhanced durability and functionality. The floor is made of 1/8" treadplate steel, providing a robust and stable foundation. The fuel fill meets OEM specifications for seamless integration with the vehicle.
Tail lights are bumper mounted for optimal visibility and safety, while the tailgate features a slam action mechanism for quick and secure closure. The tops are reinforced with a single panel to add extra strength to the structure.
The front and end panels are constructed from 14 gauge A60 galvaneal, offering superior corrosion resistance. The top panels vary in thickness, with 16 gauge used for flip tops and 14 gauge for solid tops, providing both flexibility and durability. The back panels are also made from 14 gauge material, ensuring consistent sturdiness throughout the service body. The doors feature an 18 gauge outer layer and a 20 gauge inner layer, combining strength with a smooth finish.
